The First Episode of Curious Crab Fairy Tale Workshop is Out!
Our fairy tale called Purple Spotted Dragon, whose shooting was completed by Kuşadası Municipal Television, will be on air on 03 November 2025 before the mid-term break! It is a project initiated by our Creative Drama and Theater Instructor Duygu Çokgezer GÖRGÜLÜ with the aim of transferring our oral cultural heritage, tales, keeping them alive and keeping our social memory alive. The project aims to give children the habit of listening to and telling stories. While the tales convey our historical events, symbols and traditional rituals, a communication channel is opened and a bond is established between all participants. Fairy tales are also used as a tool for psychological and sociological healing. Fairy tales; It improves imagination and creativity. It enriches language skills and vocabulary. It increases the ability to empathize. It enables the learning of moral values and social norms. It contributes to the formation and consolidation of cultural identity. It supports problem solving and decision making skills. It develops coping mechanisms for emotions such as anxiety and fear. It strengthens intergenerational ties. It improves oral expression and listening skills.
